Return Policy

At Automotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to office@automotics.be). After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

To receive a full refund, you may only handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to how you would in a store. If the value of the goods has decreased due to handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct this from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed software or digital content if the seal has been broken after delivery
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt via office@automotics.be, stating your order number
2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions
3. Return the goods within 14 days of your notification
4. Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging
5. Send the package to: Truibroek 53/1, 3945 Ham, Belgium

If you exercise your right of withdrawal (change of mind), the direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. We will refund the original standard delivery costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, we will not refund the additional costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to the legal warranty. Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund. In case of defects, all return shipping costs are at our expense.
